Delivery & Returns


In the event that you are not completely satisfied for any given reason (including possible reaction), we will provide you the choice of a full refund, a credit note on your account or the exchange of another product to the same value, within 30 days of receiving the product.  Please note we will note except a return after 30 days or if the product has been used.

In the event of a possible product skin reaction, we urge you to make contact with us immediately as we take this very seriously and want to be able to find an appropriate solution as soon as possible.

Please follow the instructions below to initiate the return:

    • Contact us on 0800 SOTHYS or email to explain your concern, so we can achieve the best outcome for you.
    • We will send via email a Product Returns form which must be completed if you believe you have had an Adverse Skin Reaction to the product(s).
    • Re-package the product in its original packaging (remember to include the completed Product Return Form)
    • Attach the courier slip on the package and follow the instructions for the parcel to be collected by Post Haste.


All deliveries are within New Zealand ONLY and are sent signature required courier through Post Haste Couriers NZ.

Orders will be processed and ready to be sent within 24 hours of the order being placed.  However if you place an order over a weekend or public holiday it will be processed within 24 hours of the first working day.

Please note, if for any reason we are unable to meet this 24 hour dispatch turnaround we will contact you to advise.

Order Tracking and Insurance:

All orders are sent via traceable method with signature required upon delivery.  If for any reason you wish to have ‘signature required’ removed from your order, please note this in the shipping instructions of your order.  Please be aware that by requesting this service be removed, you are acknowledging that de Spa Cosmetics Ltd is not accountable for any lost or stolen orders and that your order will not be covered by our insurance policy.

When receiving a consignment that maybe torn open, badly crushed etc please be sure to note this when signing for the goods for your own protection and coverage.  By signing for a parcel without expressly stating such notifications, confirms it has been received by the consumer in good condition.
